We don't do "camping." We create private sanctuaries. A weatherproof 16ft bell tent furnished with hotel-grade mattresses, vintage textures, and a rhythm all its own.

A massive 16ft (5M) canvas Bell Tent. A weatherproof room that breathes, creating a cozy, acoustic warmth you can’t get indoors.


Real Mattresses, No Airbeds. We use high-density memory foam mattresses that rival a boutique hotel. Sink in, sleep deep, and wake up refreshed.

Tier 2: The Celebration Escape

  • Celebration Atmosphere: a glowing "Cheers" neon sign to set the festive mood.

  • The Proposal Install: A prominent "Will You Marry Me" neon sign hung above the bed.

  • Maximum Romance: We double the lantern and candle count to ensure the tent is glowing the moment you walk in.

  • Zone 1 (0-15 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $75 Flat Fee

  • Zone 2 (16-30 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $125 Flat Fee

  • Zone 3 (31-45 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $200 Flat Fee

  • Live further out? Contact us for a custom quote.

Surface & Access Requirements

  • Grass Setup (Standard): Included. We use heavy-duty stakes to secure the tent.

  • Hard Surface Setup (Concrete/Turf/Patio): +$100.

    • Why? We cannot stake into concrete or artificial turf. This fee covers the rental and labor of transporting 500lbs+ of sandbags/weights to safely secure the tent against wind.

  • Stairs/Difficult Access: +$50.

    • Note: If your setup area is more than 50 yards from where our van can park, or requires carrying gear up flights of stairs, this labor fee applies.

Dinner, drinks, and analog vibes. The ultimate "night out" without leaving home. Includes:

  • Everything in Tier 2, PLUS:

  • Al Fresco Dining Suite: a rustic wooden dining table and two premium rattan armchairs.

  • Analog Entertainment: A vintage-style record player with a curated vinyl crate.

  • Memory Maker: A Polaroid camera with a pack of film to capture the night.

  • Full Table Scaping: Linen napkins, stoneware plates, gold cutlery, and dining decor.

  • The Vibe: A private restaurant for two. You order the takeout; we provide the 5-star atmosphere.

  • The Short Answer: We need a flat grass area of at least 22 x 22 feet.

    The Details: Our bell tents are massive (16.5 feet wide), and we require about 2-3 feet of clearance on all sides for the guy ropes and staking.

  • The Short Answer: Yes, but it requires a specialized setup.

    The Details: Our standard setup relies on heavy-duty stakes driven into natural grass. For patios, concrete, or artificial turf where we cannot puncture the ground, we must use a heavy-weight ballast system.

    • There is an additional $100 Hard Surface Fee to cover the labor and equipment required for this method.

    • The Short Answer: We curate for comfort, but we recommend dressing for the season.

    • The Details: The heavy canvas tent retains heat better than standard nylon tents. We provide a 1500W electric ceramic heater for chilly nights (requires an extension cord access) and heavy wool blankets.

      • Summer Note: For warm days, the tent has 360-degree mesh ventilation windows and we provide a high-velocity fan.

  • The Short Answer: We have a strict "Hospital-Grade" cleaning protocol. Nothing is reused without professional laundering.

    The Details: Hygiene is our obsession. After every single event, all linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) are professionally laundered at high heat. All hard surfaces, tray tables, and lanterns are steam-sanitized. We do not use "wipe down" sleeping bags; every guest gets fresh hotel-quality bedding.

  • The Short Answer: For the "Essential Escape" (Tier 1), no. For "Bistro" or "Grand Gesture," yes.

    The Details:

    • Lighting: Our signature amber glow comes from battery-operated LEDs and flameless candles. No cables needed!

    • Heaters/Vinyl/Neon: If you plan to use the heater, the record player, or the neon signs, we will need access to one standard outdoor outlet within 50 feet of the tent. We provide the discrete, safety-rated extension cords.

  • The Short Answer: Light rain is fine; storms are not.

    The Details: Our canvas tents are waterproof and can handle light precipitation. However, for the safety of our guests and our equipment, we do not set up in high winds or heavy storms.

    • Policy: If the forecast predicts severe weather, we offer a free reschedule to a future date of your choice.

  • The Short Answer: We recommend enjoying meals at your bistro table and wine in the lounge area.

    The Details: To keep our luxury linens pristine for every guest, we ask that red wine, chocolate, and heavy meals be enjoyed on the rugs or at the dining table, rather than in the bed.

    • We charge a damage fee for significant stains that require professional deep cleaning or replacement.
